I have worked to successfully place specialist and management staff for ten years. Previously, my tasks were focused on sales, with a scope including personnel management. As a personnel consultant, I effectively bring together the skills I have gained and exploit skills and knowledge from a range of business structures to ensure my projects are completed as intended. I solve complex tasks by applying perseverance, creativity and my own instinct. Key to my success are excellent English and French language skills and the ability to handle international candidates.

I have established a network, particularly in the financial services sector (banks, insurance companies, private equity etc.). Moreover, my engineering qualification has also given me experience in the “International Plant and Machine-Building“ sector.

What fascinates me most about my work is the aspect of communication and interaction with people. I am always happy to work with new job profiles, aided by my curiosity, open nature and flair for handling the multifaceted aspects of a task, which is key to successfully completing even the most challenging of projects.

Herbert Semmet

Senior Consultant

I have overseen the personnel department in a very successful retail establishment with subsidiaries for almost 30 years now – most recently as Personnel Director with the additional departments of Logistics and Organisation.

As well as a solid business background, I have training in accountancy and have taken part in multiple management seminars in the personnel department within the Kaufhof and Metro group. In the decade after 2000, I was part of the company management circle in the management company.

My duties have primarily focused on recruiting and developing technical and managerial personnel within the group. To facilitate the task of selecting the right employees, I set up multiple individual and group assessment centres, at which the professional, personal, social and/or managerial capabilities of the candidates can be determined.

I have effective experience of the entire personnel sector, from accounting, and creating requirement profiles and job descriptions to drafting contracts and compensation management. I combine these abilities and many years of experience to our personnel consultancy.

Heike Klimbingat

Senior Research Consultant (Business administration in personnel and social affairs (VWA))

I am the newcomer in our highly motivated team. I was originally in the tourist industry, where I worked for many years for a local airline in the Revenue Accounting department and most recently as manager of Industry Affairs. As a true Saarlander, I saw the exit route from the airline as an opportunity for a fresh career start and took it.

My trajectory led me from business administration studies in personnel and social affairs (VWA) directly to personnel consultancy. Both the study itself as well as my own work managing a day care centre immediately awakened a passion in me for the personnel industry.

For me, getting to grips with fast-changing requirement and candidate profiles and then shortlisting the most suitable candidates for our customers remain constantly exciting challenges. I am also delighted to have the chance to adapt myself with a great deal of flexibility and creativity to a constant stream of new people and situations. Each search is unique – and the focus is on the individual at all times.

The main focus of my work is on the classic direct search approach and research into social networks, company websites and trade articles. I also create and publish job advertisements and craft structured interviews.

Anke Gallo

Project Assistant (Diplom Kauffrau)

I am the new member of sibecon and will support the team as project assistant.

My affinity for human resources comes from my studies in business administration. Beside the HR-related courses, I majored in business informatics and industrial management. Throughout my career, I was an account manager in the IT-business, which allowed me in the context of integrating IT specialists in several projects, to gain valuable experience in HR-management.

I feel truly commited to the team in all of the business fields, which means in other words coordination, administration and organization.
